With the current pandemic, there has never been more time to reflect on where you live and how.
As the community has started to open up, I am seeing motivated city clients wishing to get away from their overcrowded communities and expensive homes in search of tranquil space and affordable housing. The lack of inventory in Grey & Bruce continues to see our prices soar, but in comparison the GTA our prices continue to be of great value.
Our world has changed.
Many people are working from home or working in a modified way. Some will never return to the way of life that we used to know. Social distancing, masks, and online meetings are becoming normal practice.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I know that I love where I live, and I am happy to share our community with so many wonderful people. Our area is flourishing. Neighbours are more like family, and there is no where else in the world that I would want to be.
If you are not where you want to be perhaps now is the best time to make a change.
